No clue what I'm eating today..... always harder to plan on the weekend.

Yesterday wasn't a strict day for me, but didn't go hog wild...I had my protein drinks for breakfast/morning time. Had a late lunch and dinner. For lunch at Cheesecake Factory I did have some bread w/ a little butter. I had the chicken out of Thai chicken pasta and a few noodles. I had 2 bites red velvet cheesecake. My friends and I shared a piece.
Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks...one already downed
pork chops...not sure how we're cooking them.
other meal not sure yet. I'll choose wisely.
No damage done. I was down a couple of oz. from yesterday. Hopefully tomorrow it won't bounce up!

I did weigh and I was 'punished' with the same 1 to lose all over again! lol
So I will rethink my menu for the next 12 days before i head north. like I said last night, I"m just tired of eating and thinking. Weird I know, since I am a foodie. But maybe just having shakes for a few meals when I don't want to think might work for me.
The carbs in the house (potato and porky beans) are gone now, because I ATE them, so I won't be tempted there.
Let's go full throttle into these last 12 days before the conference and kick some saggy butt! and thighs, and arms, and hips and.. well, you know..
