Austinites.....Sprouts is now open
The best thing about Sprouts is that Wednesday is "double ad day", meaning you get all the sales from last weeks ad plus all the sale items from this weeks ad. I always try to shop on Wed if possible. They also have spices that they sell by the oz and they are so much cheaper that way. Meats and seafood are really fresh delicious and very inexpensive too when they are on sale.

I didn't know that about wed. Thanks for the tip!!! I love the HUGE bulk food area, I like making my own trail mix and it's the easiest and cheapest way to get stuff for it.
Have you tried the artisan flat breads? They are 11 grams of carbs for a slice but something like 5 grams are fiber. They are more filling and hold together better then crackers.

No I haven't tried them. I'll check it out. I also like the "bulk" cheese cuz they put one kind on sale each week for a really good price. I'm like you with the bulk section, that's where I get all my nuts and trail mix stuff too.

is that in the old Tom Thumb Page facing 620? Well I say TTP, but I think it's been a few other things since 1988 when I worked there.
I like the Sprouts Steph took me too. Maybe that means we can get one closer to me, like South Austin, or better yet, San Antonio.
