Whoo...yesterday was not my best...added a Starbucks blueberry oats bar and a pkg. of peanut M&M's to my good list.  Got all liquids/protein/vits/supplements in...but extra calories I didn't need.

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks...one already downed
lunch...have no idea will be shopping w/ friends
dinner...maybe leftover fajitas or quesadilla made w/ them
hi-pro snack
Starbucks skinny decaf latte maybe

Yesterday was weird eatin!:

b-wc oatmeal
s-mini yahoo protein bar
l-2 slider no bread, 4 onion rings
d-1/2 popeye's fried chicken wing no skin, 4bites dirty rice, 1 bite coleslaw, 1 biscuit

made me sick as a dog last night carafate and loritab helped then slept like a baby! I was actually up all day yesterday!!

I thought I did well yesterday but the scale doesnt' show a change. At least it's not a gain.

Weekends are very hard for me because the food isn't packed and planned so I don't eat.  then when i know I have to eat something, it's not the best.

Will focus on my water a protein and at least getting in the minimum.

Yesterday was not the best for me either.  I snacked after dinner last night on way too many dry roasted almonds. 

Today's plan:

Coffee
Breakfast - an egg, a piece of toast and turkey sausage
Lunch - no-noodle lasagna (leftovers) and salad
Dinner - Turkey Swedish meatballs, squash, salad
Snack - Atkins protein shake

Go out and make it a great day.

Ok reading all of this, I might as well fall in the "confession line" too.  I did fine yesterday but had a pkg of peanut M&M's this morning.  Don't know why, just saw them and ate them.

Plan for today:
Breakfast: english muffin with peanut butter
Lunch: pork loin with gravy, salad
Snack: fresh pineapple and blackberries
Dinner: what ever Clay decides to cook.  All day rain, so no grilling today.

Steph...I think the M & M makers have been cyber stalking us and implanting our minds with "eat peanut M & M's...eat peanut M & M's..."I haven't touched anything like that imn a while...my weakness just overcame me last night...don't know why!

and three is a charm?

get this... I do my same ole stupid  "how can I gain 4 pounds just by eating 4 oz of food??? FSP!" (not going to explain the FSP -it's potty mouth).  So after my STUPID tantrum, I go into the kitchen to get more WATER, and there is Emm's snack mix.  She keeps a baggie with her throughout the day because she has no time for real food. It's goldfish, raisins, peanuts and M&Ms.  I have avoided this stuff for two freakin weeks. BUT NO!!!  Stupid girl gets a 4oz tupperware thing and scoops away. So one scoop AND the scoop in my hand to make sure I want it!  Geeeezzzz.

I swear the carb monster attacked all of us on the same day.  I have grazed ALL day.  Even my co-workers mentioned that they've never seen me snack like this since I had surgery.  I just couldn't stop myself and I wasn't even hungry.  I'm not posting the food log tonight and I'm probably not weighing in the morning.  How's THAT for denial?

I am just reporting in because it was a long day yesterday at the chamber auction.  My food was not the best choices.  Here is what I had:

B-donut and coffee
L-chili and rice
D-great northern beans and cornbread
Water-Does diet sodas count?
Exercise-I got enough with all the running around I had to do
