Princess Crew Run/Walk this Saturday morning
Can you believe we've done 4 miles twice already?? This is our third 4 mile walk, and next week will be time to kick it up another notch.

From I-35W, take I-20 west to the Trail Lake Dr exit (just past the McCart exit where we go to Rise n Shine). Turn right onto Trail Lake Dr. Continue north on Trail Lake Dr, turn left on South Dr. Foster Park is the first parking lot on the right.
Meet around 7:45am. Start promptly at 7:55 am. Walk/run 35 min. (or 2 miles, whichever comes first), turn around, repeat. We will finish by 9:05 am, plenty of time to get to the Rise n Shine by 9:30 am. I expect it to be about a 4 mile course, depending on your pace.

I'd like to start doing our walks on Sundays every other week. We'd keep the walk on Saturday mornings on Rise n Shine weekends, but on the opposite weekends I'd like to do Sunday mornings. Thoughts?

I'm game. We have rodeos coming up in Saginaw on Sundays, but I'm not sure of which Sundays as of yet. That would be my only problem. Will keep you posted.

A-thanks for your concern-I'll be okay, but I HAVE to take things slower, when I can for awhile. My costochrondritis (try saying that 3 times real fast!) has flared up, big time (inflammation of the lining between the ribs and the breastbone, among other fun things)-brought on by pulling a chest muscle a few weeks ago. The best "treatment" is bedrest and high doses of steroids and NSAIDS..yea, right...In the past, I have gotten steroid injections straight into the areas, but my insurance isn't effective yet, so that's not a viable option. So..anyhoo..I CAN take it "easier" when possible. Last week's walk really set my chest on fire, and it's stayed that way all week. STRESS also really contributes...imagine that..ME having stress..lol
