Food Log-Thursday
I was a carb eating fool today. My calories still came out great cuz I didn't eat much but my protein was WAY too low and my choices weren't healthy.
Breakfast: 100 calorie whole wheat English muffin with peanut butter
Lunch: soft pretzel from Sam's
Dinner: open faced roasted pork loin sandwich with gravy, salad
Totals: Calories 902, Protein 44.
I'm planning on another Protein drink "Ice cream" for my night-time snack which will bring my totals to Calories: 1072 Protein: 70.

Eating was terrible:
wc oatmeal
1tbs peanut butter
2 mini tacos
2 sf peppermint patties
2 sf choc covered marshmallow pumpkins
3oz sausage chicken brisket
1 shell mac cheese
1shell mac salad
4 slices cumber salad
2Tbs baked potato casserole
Needless to say I was on the pot all day! Since my surgery I seem to be extra sensitive to splenda and fats!
Have a whole different list of what makes me sick now! My wow is I only ate 2 peppermint patties - I usually eat the whole bag(they are sf)
I will do better tomorrow Officer Ken will be with me!!
