This is my first conference and just wondering what to wear to all the events. I was thinking the meet and greet  would be casual and also during the day Saturday.  What about Saturday night Is this more dressy. I haven't seen anything posted about this so far.I can't wait for the 25th.

Everything and anything goes.  The meet and greet is usually casual.  The conference itself is COMFORTABLE and WARM.  Those rooms are always freezing so definately bring a jacket or sweater.  At the Galveston one we ended up buying hoodies from the hotel cuz we were so cold and it was in the summer!!  Sat night should be a little dressier but I've seen everything from jeans and t-shirts to ****tail dresses.

I am so glad to hear that comfort comes first! At 10 days out that might mean baggy sweats or a house dress for me! LOL! But I can wear a flower in my hair to dress it up! Vivian has already told me about the temps. Even though I can;t imagine getting cold in September I have a sweater packed.

Think slip on shoes too! You will not want to bend over to tie shoes!!! If need be it would be an honor to tie our newest post ops shoes!!! I would go for house dress over sweats cause I didn't like anything touching my little incision sites! And I am bringing my own bathtowel because they never have enough!!

Steph is right on from the ones I've been to - plus as you cycle in and out of the clothing exchange and get ready in each others rooms you may end up wearing something totally differnent then you planned

wear what you feel good in - get dressy on sat night if that suits you and you will enjoy it - most of all be comfortable

Nancy,

I'm so glad you asked this question.  I was wondering the same thing.

Meggie, you're tiny enough(especially NOW), you should check out Forever21.com
They are having a "leather" sale.  There's a skirt, sleeveless top and shoes I want but with BofA not paying it's VP's I can't justify spending $60 right now.  I'll get it eventually!

See my email to you and YES it's all just a giant cluster F.
When you have what is now 9 newly promoted people having
to clear out their 401k's to live because you're not paying them
correctly...yeah I'd call that about as F'd up as it gets.
