How is everyone doing today?  How's your water? Get in your vitamins?  Does your protein number double your carbs?

here are my food numbers. I came home hungry today. that's a first. So i'm eating already.  hope I don't get hungry later.

I had a kinda stressful, emotional day and di NOT want to eat-had to MAKE myself eat ENOUGH-unusual for me..haven't finished the day yet, so don't have my "numbers" yet, but will get a shake in later, to at least hit my protein minimum of 80. I DID get my vitamins and water. If not for our group accountability, I'd been eating Lay's chips around 2pm today-THANK YOU for being in my brain!!
