So Ladies and the Dude, how did you do today?  I had a much better day today. 

Meal plan:
Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: 1/2 turkey sandwich, fresh fruit with fruit dip
Snack: 3 pieces black licorice (OK, I never said I was perfect)
Dinner: roasted pork loin, salad and a few bites of roasted new potatoes

Calorie count: 1136   Protein 84
I plan to have another protein drink for snack so it will add another 150 calories and 22 gm of protein.

Stayed within my range today but I feel like I ate a lot when I look at my list! 
1126 calories/88g protein

Breakfast: Oh Yeah RTD
S: protein banana nut bread
Lunch: Fagoli/SF pudding
S: twisted protein bar
Dinner: parm talpia, ff tarter, 1/3c corn
S:  WW ice cream cone

I did well until I dumped like the worst at dinner. Maybe it was the TV I was watching..lol.  Oops I will behave.

breakfast was egg, sausage piece and 1/2 english muffin

lunch was sam's stuffed chicken breast with green peas on the side.

snack was num num atkins snack bar.  130 calories and just the right size.

dinner was 1/2 sandwich thin piece with tomato, pickle, cheese, deli thin turkey and ham.    And for that I get bloat, pain, dry heaves, sweating and wishing I could die.  It's been a long time since that has happened.

hope I can see some scale lowering. Hovering again but at least it's 4 pounds less than when we started this.

s- light rye cracker and PB and 10 goldfish

I had a great day today.  I got my house clean and I made No-Noodle Zucchini Lasagna for dinner.  That meant I was too busy to think about food that was off plan.

I ate alot more carbs today....but I did hit 160 again today...down from highest regain weight of 170 at beginning of challenge (was only there for 2 days)...now to aim for the 152 I was for so long ....ultimate goal of 130....all I can say is it takes a whole hell of a lot longer to lose it again than to regain it in the first place!!!!!! King Carb stay away tomorrow!!!~~~~
