Mmmmmm Good

So I was cleaning out the freezer last Saturday and found this little box of something called "Dirt Balls" from Swiss Colony.  Must have gotten them sometime around Christmas last year.  Well I left the container on the counter so they could defrost.  Got up Sunday and opened the little tin and saw these cute little white-cake type things with chocolate dusting on top and had to try one.  Mmmmmm good.  And then I had to try another, and another, and another!!!

By the end of the day Sunday, I had eaten 1/2 the tin!!!  So I put the rest of the tin into the trash (which thankfully was picked up Monday)...and had a good laugh. 

Fact is, this girl loves those high calorie, super sweet (wish I would dump), cake or anything with chocolate, and I guess I always will!!    The big difference now  is that the "old" me would have finished the entire tin!!

I know how hard it is to do that.  A patient of mine brought me 4 huge cookies the other day and I put them all in the trash too.  Dang it was hard but it felt so good afterward.  Chocolate and sweets are like crack to me.  This chick didn't get fat eating asparagus!!

I would have eaten them too.  Then I would have been sick because I DO dump.  Can you say "Stupid!"  Throwing half of them away was a great NSV!  Good job!
