Collin County Support Group- Emotional Eating

Our structured support group meetings will begin again starting tonight at 7pm. They will be held at the same location, Wesley United Methodist Church in McKinney in room 107A.  

This month’s topic is Emotional eating and Head hunger.   I hope you can join us as I’m sure this is something a lot of us deal with.   If you have any questions please ask, if you need directions let me know.   See you Wednesday.

Is there any way next month we could have it on a Mon or Tues night on my nights off? I really want to start coming but have to work on Wed nights.

Well the church has a reserved room for us on the 2nd Wed each month through this year.  However, I can bring the materials to the Allen meeting on Mon 9/21 and we can talk about it again.  In fact, if that is something that would be helpfuly I'd be happy to start doing that regularly.  We can do a recap on the 3rd Mon for anyone that can't make it to the Wed meetings.  Let me know if that might work.

I'm not going to make the meeting tonight. I got the job I was hoping for! I start Monday and I'm trying to take care of somethings during this last week off . I'm also a little stressed about starting back to work after staying at home for over a year and eating right and getting in exercise with a full time job. I'm trying to keep my thoughts at one day at a time, but it's not my nature.
On a bright note I got my ticket to the OH event WOOHOO! I can't wait.
