Wow...9 days into September already...only 16 days or so until the OH conference...we can do this...it should be a habit by now if it's been 2 weeks or so since we started!

Today's plan:
protein coffee already downed
chicken broth
Atkins protein drink
120 or more oz. liquids
layered salad and ham for lunch
oriental chicken and some cabbage for dinner
sweet & spicy sf pecans for snack

Good Morning Karla & SSSS & D!

I am super excited that I got out of my depressed mood on Monday.  I wanted to eat everything in sight. But my BF said you have done too well to give up now.  I am glad I listened and I did not give in to the temptations.  I go in today for another follow up visit with my PS surgeon and I was told to have lost two pounds and I think I have done it.   

 

Today’s plan:

B-warming up the band with coffee

L-salmon croquette

D-salad, salmon croquette

Water-64 or more ounces

Exercise-Leg exercises (squats, lunges, lifts etc)

morning S4D1,

Today I actually saw a bit of a loss down to 156.0. It's only .2 but i'll take it.  Course I didn't eat much yesterday but I think I got in what I need.

Today i'm going to shake it up a bit with a nummy stuffed chicken breast for lunch. That's 37g's of protein by itself.  Actually getting tired of the SOS everyday.  That's surprising because i'm so routine.

Need to make a concerted effort to get all 5 bottles of CL water in at work.  Seems I get behind and I can't catch up.  But i'm getting all my vitamins and bumping up my magnesium again. Seems when I travel or my water slows down, my back lets me know it.

Good morning guys.  I had a really "off" day yesterday.  Was depressed all day which just isn't me.  Not sure what caused it but it certainly affected my mood and what I ate.  Today scale says I'm back at my goal weight, not below but tied.  I'll take it.

Breakfast: Protein drink
Lunch: turkey sandwich
Dinner: Roasted pork loin, new potatoes, salad

S - Crackers, peanut butter and reduced sugar fig preserves
D - No-Noodle Zucchini Lasagna with salad
S - Ricotta Chocolate Mousse

Good so far for the month, but having trouble getting as much protein as I would like in...  I hate breakfast, no correct that - my tummy hates breakfast...   About the only thing I can stomach is a banana or oatmeal...

Otherwise, numbers are good and I walk/run my first 5k this Saturday....

So, today's plan is good:

B-Oatmeal
L-Turkey sandwich w/lf cheese
S-Peach/Plum
w/o S-Protein shake
D-Grilled Chicken over salad greens, bell peppers & cucumbers

Your 'stummy' is like mine.  My parents can't understand why I don't get up and sit down at the table to eat.  I just can't do it.  Have to have a few cups of coffee or hot tea.  Most times, breakfast is at about 9:30.  I am working on putting some protein in my coffee so I have something to get my motor running, so to speak.

Totally feel you on that one!!!!  Every once in a while I get brave and try eggs again...  It's all I can do swallow the stupid things...  None for me; I'll stick with carbs for breakfast and work up to protein.  Like you - it's around 9:30 before I can eat and I'm at work, working by 6:30 a.m.
