I am super excited that I got out of my depressed mood on Monday. I wanted to eat everything in sight. But my BF said you have done too well to give up now. I am glad I listened and I did not give in to the temptations. I go in today for another follow up visit with my PS surgeon and I was told to have lost two pounds and I think I have done it.
Today’s plan:
B-warming up the band with coffee
L-salmon croquette
D-salad, salmon croquette
Water-64 or more ounces
Exercise-Leg exercises (squats, lunges, lifts etc)

Today I actually saw a bit of a loss down to 156.0. It's only .2 but i'll take it. Course I didn't eat much yesterday but I think I got in what I need.
Today i'm going to shake it up a bit with a nummy stuffed chicken breast for lunch. That's 37g's of protein by itself. Actually getting tired of the SOS everyday. That's surprising because i'm so routine.
Need to make a concerted effort to get all 5 bottles of CL water in at work. Seems I get behind and I can't catch up. But i'm getting all my vitamins and bumping up my magnesium again. Seems when I travel or my water slows down, my back lets me know it.

Good morning guys. I had a really "off" day yesterday. Was depressed all day which just isn't me. Not sure what caused it but it certainly affected my mood and what I ate. Today scale says I'm back at my goal weight, not below but tied. I'll take it.
Breakfast: Protein drink
Lunch: turkey sandwich
Dinner: Roasted pork loin, new potatoes, salad

Your 'stummy' is like mine. My parents can't understand why I don't get up and sit down at the table to eat. I just can't do it. Have to have a few cups of coffee or hot tea. Most times, breakfast is at about 9:30. I am working on putting some protein in my coffee so I have something to get my motor running, so to speak.
