great job on the popcorn. No way i coulda turned that down. The ice cream.. heck ya, but movie popcorn? either i dont have ANY or im doomed lol. 
Good job! I have eaten Pho once since surgery, think i had some brothy soup stuff.  Good job.

For a day when I didn't have a plan and couldn't decide what to eat, I did okay.  Here's what I ate -

Coffee
B - Greek Yogurt with frozen blueberries and almonds
L - Hamburger & parmesan cheese pattie
S - 6 Savory seeds and Grains Crackers and 2 Tbsp. SF Peanut Butter and a tsp. of reduced sugar Fig Preserves (my daughter made them for me)
D - 2 Chicken Strips, Sauteed Squash, Lettuce, tomato and cucumber salad
Dessert - Chocolate Ricotta Mousse

I'm going to post the mousse recipe on a separate thread.  It's so good!

Would you please share the recipe for the Chocolate Ricotta Mouse? It sounds yummy!

I weighed 313 pounds on December 1, 2008 the day of my RNY surgery and have lost 81% 
of my excess body weight to-date.                                        Current as of November 1, 2009
OH Mini-Challenge Goal for New Year's Day is 170 pounds. 11 pounds to go!

I feel like i"ve been eating all day long but when I enter it all in, it isn't so bad.   The Venti Starbucks Iced latte did me in for carbs and calories but I walked before work and then ran tonight so I'm feeling okay about it.

1 mile walk the dog in the am: Check
2.7 mile run/walk before dinner: Check

Once again....not enough calories....and barely any carbs...but I was so busy didn
t have time to eat much...I did have about 6-7 sour cream and onion chips before my mind got a hold of things but forgot to log it....hope everyon eis doing well!!!

I didn't get around to loggin in my food, but ate about what I normally do, which is 1000 or so calories...protein count was probably only 80 or so...could have been higher. 

protein coffee
ST lite mocha drink
125+ oz. liquids
leftover low carb pizza on flatout flatbread
layered salad and 2 slices ham lunch meat
sf sweet and spicy pecans...1/2 cup
