Food Log- Labor Day
So how did you end up doing through the Holiday?
I worked today and TRIED to be good. I will give myself credit for a few things. 1) When I got to work I found a box with 4 large homemade cookies in my locker from a patient...I threw them out. 2) The hospital served us free lunch: hamb, hotdogs, pot. salad, beans, brownies. I called my hubby and he came up to join me for lunch. I gave him my free one and I ate what I brought.
Totals for today: Calories 1062. Protein: 70. Liquids: done Vitamins: done. I've only had 4 diet cokes in 2 weeks and almost no junk food (OK 1-2 bites).
I'm done...your turn...

RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
I'm only going to day THANK GOODNESS tomorrow is a workday and I am planning again. No planning and going to others houses or having people over at your house just does not cut it when it comes to good choices.
I just hope I didn't do too much damage on the scale.
Today is a new day, focus time.

I have to say i just didn't eat much at all today. No breakfast becuase of a very grumpy pouch. Lunch was about 8 boiled shrimp and 1/2 c. pinto beans. Late snack, early dinner was 3 chicken wings.
I have pushed my water/crystal light all weekend and that's good.
I am all packed for tomorrow and ready for the routine. do hope the scale is nice to me tomorrow.

Today was better than yesterday partly becuase I was working all day today and didn't have time to do anything but eat was prepared. I did sneak in a Venti Iced Latte but, hey, I needed the distraction.
