Hi everyone!
I haven't been on the board for a long time. So I figured now's as good a time as any!
I was in Chicago for a week visinting my daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren. Had a great time and the weather was much cooler. My husband and I were house hunting with our realtor all day yesterday, so today I'm being lazy.
I'm looking forward to seeing everyone at the OH conf. I also need the motivation from the speakers! I've gotten very lazy with my eating and put on 10 lbs. Always tell myself I'll do better tomorrow. I haven't been exercising either. Gone back to same old habits, and I know that doesn't work!

Is the the midnight train to Georgia? I sure as hell hope so because I need out of this house soon! LOL
Worked most of the day. Met King at the dr's office and found out his belly pain is diverticulitis. Glad we got it diagnosed and medicine and modified diet started. My mother let hers go too long and had a colostomy (sp?) for 8-12 weeks while her "guts" healed. I know there's no way that would fly with King.
So $600 later we have bloodwork, CT scan, one shot in the butt and 3 prescriptions ... where's the freaking Partridge in a Pear Tree.
Bless his heart - he just hasn't had a good year health wise. I know it could be worse - much worse and I'm so grateful it's not. Just seems to be something all the time.
I made it to water aerobics, but didn't do anything extra afterwards tonight. I was tired and hadn't had dinner. Walked in the house in wet swimsuit and it's a freaking igloo in here! Brrrrr.
