Tuesday WLS express

gonna post again from home and hope it shows up this time. 

Not a lot to say. Back to work and hoping i'm not run over again. Going to make right what I didn't make wrong but that's how it is.

I love being with my family and did enjoy the weekend. Don't know that I could live in Shiner as a single person. Everything done there is family oriented and I don't see a place there for me. Kinda like where I live now. It can always change and I pray it does.

When we made it back to NB, my mom called to tell my my godfather died. When I was a kid, I worshipped that man and he adored me. He was a green beret and very into himself, but with me, it was different. As I grew up and learned more about him, he didn't live the most upstanding life, but he was good to me. He's finally at peace after a long battle with alzheimers and heart problems.

Gonna work on my closet throughout the week, I hope, and also see if I can get my lazy arse outside to walk in the evening. Need something to tackle the stress and funk i'm in.

Time to get going. Taking a deep breath and working on a smile for the day. I can do this. I have been through worse.

Good morning train riders...I'm off work again for 3 more days.  I was off fri-sun, worked Mon, then off for 3 more.  I love working 12 hr shifts cuz of my great schedule.  I'm planning on running up to Frisco with Jodie to Sam Moon today and Liz and Lynnette are supposed to meet us BUT Jodie's hubby was really sick last night so I'll have to wait and see.  She might of ended up taking him to the ER last night.

Ron White the comedian will be at Winstar Nov 20th (Fri) and Clay and I are going to get tickets.  Anyone else interested in going?  Lynnette said she might try to get the night off if we get a group to go.  Anyway, let me know.  Tickets go on sale Sept 14 and it will sell out fast.

 

Price for Ron White is still TBD but the tickets for Larry The Cable Guy went for $55-100.

Morning all,

Time to hit the resume.  I really hate this crap.  No choice though so I'll get it done.  The house looks pretty good.  We got alot done over the weekend.  I have 2 dogs laying in here with me not offering much motivation.  Heli snores pretty loud.  Protein shake is just about done, first round of vits are in.  Lets get this show on the road.

Good Morning TMB!!!

WOOOOO HOOOOO!!!!  It's the first day of school for my kids!!!!!!  The house is quiet and I can spend the day doing what I want instead of dealing with kids all day long - fighting, whining, complaining and wanting me to cook 10,000 different things.  I LOVE the first day of school.  Of course, I'm going to miss sleeping late and going to Busch Gardens every week....

Just a quick drive thru for me. Nothing much to say. Had a good weekend, slept a lil this morning but was full of crazy dreams. Yall wil love this. Dani has this ever happened to you?

I dreamed i had a baby - dreamed about the labor and all. A baby girl, only i kept forgetting i had her and kept leaving her places, then would be frantic coz i forgot her. I was going to work (lets hope) but i woul d get there and realize i had left her at home in a drawer of all places. lol. Ran home to get her and take her to day care, got to day care and i had only brought the kid. They were asking what kind of formula andi was saying the powdered kind in a can. lol.  But i was going all over hte place like i usually do, but forgetting the kid then frantic coz i left her. kept saying CPS is gonna get me. that was it,  then i woke up. Yes Loralea got a kick outta it.
So if you interpret dreams, please let me know WTF this is supposed to mean lol. 

Ok Tom and I are heading to Rowlett tomorrow to get halloween decorations from Steph.  Im heading to bmt this weekend have some things there that require my attention. mom just called and great uncle (who is her age) broke his hip and they put a rod in from hit to his knee. He stroked about 15 years ago and is totally paralyzed on that side but still gets around well, Not sure what the future holds for him now. He is VERY independent and causing hell at the hospital. He is 6ft 4 and now a dead weight on one side so there are some issues there.

Oh my goodness-that made me laugh so hard!!! I've had some crazy dreams- a few labor dreams but never forgetting a baby-thankfully!  You should google dream interpretations and see if it covers that. lol.
I'm sorry you won't be here Sat- I thought you'd bring some fun to the party with your witty and wild ways. :)
Unfortunately she's from out of town-the gal that is doing the party, who is a friend of mine, so Sat is the only time she can do it.

Im sorry i cant make sat - unfortunately i MUST go THIS weekend.  Althought i have never specifically been to a passion party brand, i have been to others so you know i would have plenty to comment and critique :)
Im sure we will clean up at Steph's house and who knows where else we will stop on the way home :)
