Medical ID

I am thinking of getting a medical ID what should be put on it concerning Rny bypass.

any ideas,

 Happy Labor Day James....this is what I have on mine.....RNY Gastric Bypass.........No Blind NG Tube.........No Nsaids.     I think that is what most people who had RNY put on their medical allert bracelets.

People usually have it say something like

RNY Gastric Bypass
No Blind NG Tube

Because I've got so many allergies in addition to my RNY, mine just says "Medic Alert Card in Wallet" with all of my issues listed out on it.

Hi James I know I do not carry anything saying I had rny...which I should....believe me I will have something after this incident with Ramon because I was the one filling out all his paperwork seeing as he lost all his id and any information - at least I knew about his surgeries and they already had him in the ER room while i was out in the lobby area doing paperwork as I walked in they were about to give him Ibuprofene and he just looked at me and I told the nurse he can not have that he can have tylenol - he  has had wls...no nsaids.....please put it in the chart....

Ramons friends that we both had just met of course did not know any of his information....both of my sons know all the surgeries that i have had.... i did have a list with dates and doctors but since i have moved i need to make another one....

i know no tubing and no nsaids.....one other thing i dont know how you would word it but if you pass out for no reason to please check vitamin levels first - they are running so many tests right now and of course a few simple tubes of blood would rule out alot of the problems.....

On mine I have: My name, RNY Gastric Bypass, No NG without Scope, and then on the back I have my allergies listed and "See Wallet Card" for more info. 
On wallet card list your Surgeons name and number.

I wear one around my ankle all the time - mine has what everyone else said, but I also have my surgeon's number listed with (DR.) next to the number so they would know who to call to get detailed information......
