Strict Sabotageless Successful Sisters and the Dude
I sure thought alot about eating things I shouldn't have yesterday since I was home all day by myself and was so glad I didn't have cakes, cookies, etc. to tempt me.
today's plan: lots of liquids, protein coffee already downed, Atkins drink, chicken broth, ham lunch meat and layered salad for lunch, leftover low carb mongolian beef and spinach pizza for dinner and a few sf sweet and spicy pecans for snack. I already downed am vits/supplements...just have to take calcium when I get home from work.
What's your plan?

I got kinda dehydrated yesterday because we ran out of water on the boat and all that was left was soda's. I would drink a little here and there but they just dont cut it. So, I am sure I will be guzzling water today and making about 50 pit stops. I HAVE to start walking again. I have to get ready for my 25th reunion. So, this afternoon, come hell or highwater, I am walking.
I would like to help you but you cant fix stupid.

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
I had ONE bad day in 2 weeks and the scale went UP. I'm up 1.5 lbs from my lowest last week!! It really ticks me off. At least I'm down 3 for the challenge but that's not much in 2 weeks time.
Plan for today:
Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: 1/2 turkey sand, coleslaw (if I'm home)
Snack: fresh fruit with fruit dip
Dinner: ribeye steak, few bites of roasted new potatoes

I'm reporting in, but, I'm having an unmotivated and unplanned day so far. I can't even decide what to eat for breakfast and I certainly can't decide what to cook tonight. Maybe it'll get better as the day goes on. This doesn't happen to me often. Thank God! I'm usually a planner. But every now and then I have a day like this. It usually results in ordering a pizza at the end of the day. Fortunately, DH is on a strict diet so I will have to cook something healthy.
I jumped off the wagon with both feet yesterday and ate a huge chocolate chip cookie with my SBX Latte. I don't like their new baked goods. They are too sweet. I used to love their no-sugar-added banana bread, but they took it off the menu.
I've started my laundry and I'm going to straighten up around the house today. I'll report in tonight and tell you what I end up eating. Hopefully, I'll be so busy that I won't stray food-wise today.
