Ramon Update..

Man i'm glad you pulled through Ramon.  I'm still trying to figuer out this site and how to work it.
  Well i quit smoking about three weeks now to prep for surgery. It wasn't as bad as before, I guess I just made up my mind that I had to quit. Was supposed to go to Denver today for my consult and all the pre op stuff but my med recordsare just now being sent in sogonna have to wait another 2 weeks to get time off and a paycheck to go on.  Looks like my ins will only go lapband but its better than nothing.  Alrite man thats were Im at so keep fighting and speaking to people cuz there are people that listen
