My darling sweethearts. I know and you would have heard more from me but we were in the hospital too. Early this morning Kevin broke into a cold sweat and slurred speech and numb and tingling hands. Fortunately the ER is blocks away. Kevn just knew he was having a stroke and all he could think about is his father and his dibilitating stroke that lasted a couple of years before he died. The doctors saved his life and it was due to seriously low potassium and dehydration. 4 hour of IV. The bizarre thing is that Jerry Reynolds's son was undergoing open heart surgery to save his life this morning. Jerry doesn't even know about Kevin yet.
We all have a new perspecitive on life. I nearly lost my husband, I nearly lost you and a close friend nearly lost his 20 something son because of heart problems. We are all alive and I suggest we be grateful for the miracles we received on this labor day 2009. Life IS too short to gripe about the small crap. I am forever grateful we don't have 3 funerals to go to this week. I love you so much. Kevin and I are sleeping to get some rest. More to follow later.

- As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain. Not happy about that.
