Food Log-Sunday
So how did you do today? Holiday weekends are hard. Yesterday was terrible for me so I tightened up today and so far it looks good.
Menu:
Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: boneless lean porkchop, 1/2 cup applesauce
Snack: fresh strawberries/pineapple with LF/SF fruit dip
Dinner: 3 0z turkey breast, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes/gravy
Stats so far: Calories: 985, Protein: 90.
I bought 2 pair of size 6 jeans today so that alone should keep me motivated.

Went to the gym this morning and did an hour of cardio then went shopping this afternoon since I have or should say had no fall wardrobe! I'm tired from shopping and sore from pilates yesterday... but ready to hit the gym again in the morning!

I didn't log my food but I think I remember everything
Breakfast was a piece of cheese toast and coffee
Lunch - ham, broccoli, okra, a few bites of scalloped potatoes and fruit salad with SF cool whip.
dinner - sandwich thin bread, tomato, pickle, turkey, cheese, black olives.
Not sure if I will have anything else. Oh, I did have a 130 calorie atkins protein bar. Tiny but tasty.

We went out to breakfast after church, so I had the insides out of a carne guisada taquito, but I couldn't eat much of it. So, when I got home I had an Atkins Shake. Lunch was a homemade chef salad. For dinner I made chicken breasts stuffed with spinach souffle with a lemon sauce and peas with mushrooms. Mid-afternoon I had a couple of handfuls of dry-roasted almonds. I will probably have a serving of SF Jello later this evening so I've included that in my count.
