Good morning.  Happy Labor Day!  sorry you have to labor today Gina, but would rather get to see you at the conference.

I'm glad it's a holiday.  Ben left at a little after 6:00 to go back to CS this morning.  He has class at 9:00.  He wasn't very happy that A & M didn't have today off.  Have to make a run to town in a little while and will come home and do some sewing. 

Prayers for Meggie, Justin, Debbi T. , Annette, and Ramon and all others hurting and needing to heal or just in need.

Yes, I'm calling it good regardless.  I'm marrying a wonderful man in less then 2 weeks and I know that God has a plan for me.  We got all my stuff moved over to Bedford and can spend today getting things organized.  I'm letting Matt sleep a bit longer while I surf and drink some coffee.  The animals are adjusting well.  Clifford is doing the best with Heli at a close second.  Danni, you would be so proud of H dog.  He has a huge yard here and will even have his own room when we get it cleaned out.  lol.  

I'll start the job search tomorrow and the resume updating.  Matt won't let me do any of that this weekend.  He wants me to just take a few days to get my head screwed on straight.  I will contact HR tomorrow about wrongful termination to see if I can at least get some sort of severance.  We'll see.  Thanks for all your prayers.  Keep 'um coming.  I'll come through this a better person.

Good morning everyone.

Well - last day for us here at Galveston.   I"m letting James sleep in a little bit.  He has been battling a sinus infection, cold or whatever it is since Last Wed.     He was bound and determined to have a get-away-weekend no matter what.            He has gotten worse despite the "leftover" antibiotics he has been taking,  The Tylenol Cold stuff, alergy stuff - we've tried it all.

We were thinking about stopping and visiting the Johnsons Space Center in Houston on our way out of town - but I'm going to suggest just getting back home so that he try to get in to see his PCP or maybe the ER ?    

We've had a great relaxing time here in Galveston.  We have drove around alot and I"ve learned to navigate the streets of Galveston just fine...........easy blocks.......I gotta go this way to get to there !!  lol    

Atkins Shake down,  vits on their way......soon and  - I've watch the sun behind the clouds over the Gulf this morning.  Beautiful moon last night too...........missed those pics......but I'll get the other ones on somewhere later tonight. 

I got so much to do when I get back home.   Daughter called me at midnight last night to tell me she was gonna do her "computer sicence" project starting today.........24 hours w/o anything electronic, computer, no mp3, etc.................hmmmmmmmmmmmm   she won't be a darn to live with by the time I get home !!  lol   Maybe her room will get cleaned up..............good timing.

Look at who's driving the train!!  Of course US nurses are up and at 'em.  I'm working too.  So far only have one 'laboring" patient for "labor day".  So instead of working, I'm sitting here lecturing a fellow nurse that had a RNY last year and now is too thin.  She's 5'11" and weighs 147.  You can see all of her bones and I'm very worried about her.

Yesterday I went thrift store shopping and bought 2 pair of size 6 jeans so I'm pretty motivated to keep sticking to the plan.  Hopefully will get down into the 140's before it's all said and done.

Hope everyone has a super day.  I'll be around if anyone's bored and wants to play the texting game.  Oh, I almost forgot...Jodie, Lynnettte and I are going to Sam Moon/Frisco tomorrow if anyone else is off and wants to hang out with us.  Liz?  Anyone else?  Let me know.

It's still morning for a bit!  Just got up and had a shake.  Need to shake my butt out of the house soon and get my car cleaned out and get in some beach time.

Yep you guessed it, I just got up. I had to take a Phenergan last night after eating just a few bites of ribs. Sometimes pork just kicks my butt. I've not been sick in a long time. Having a hard time shaking off the Phenergan, but slept really good. Nothing planned today,may need a nap, still hungover.lol Had a wonderful day yesterday with all my kiddos. It's so cute to see Laylabug following Alliecat around and doing everything she does. Well I better get something done today. Hope everyone takes some time to rest today. Continued prayers for our Meggie, Debbi, Annette and Ramon.
