Strict Sabotageless Successful Sisters and The Dude
Never really had time to post my yesterday totals...didn't go on daily plate. I might try the OH totaler like Vicki did. I have created some "meals" on daily plate to help, but it won't copy and paste right, so I just have to post total #'s here. I had protein coffee, lots of liquids, Atkins drink, an extra real coffee w/ skim milk latte I made for energy for ball game, leftover beef/spinach low carb pizza and sf yogurt, sauteed shrimp and cauliflower made into "mocked" mash potatoes...I don't know that it tasted like taters, but I like cauliflower, so it was good. I was up late and had one (1) handful of popcorn at game...mmmm....was tasty and probably 12 cashews and some raisins/peanuts at home.
My extra lb. hasn't moved away and taken residence elsewhere since yesterday, but it will go away one day. I'm still -6 lbs. for the 12 days. I'm not gonna worry about it...may add a few more calories and hope it shakes things up a bit!
Today's plan:
protein coffe...drinking right now
Chicken broth
lots of liquids
Atkins drink
probably buffalo chicken patty and a bite or two of something else at Chicken Oil Co. for lunch
Popcorn at Aggie game
Something after game to stay awake and I'm sure I'll be hungry by then
What's your plan?

Not sure what else is on the menu this weekend but my goal is to work out for the next 3 days.

And that is exactly what I have been doing outside in the yard laboring since daybreak. I am finished with washing the patio furniture and the patio down and weedeating the yard so I have been getting my exercise on early. I improved on my water but I still did not get enough in.
Today's plan
B-sausage
L-salad
D-salad and meat
Water-64 ounces
Exercise-as stated above and when BF gets off 2-3 mile walk
People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
Thank you for the thread - as for all that I've done different this week - cut out the processed carbs and went back to protein, fruits and veggies. Somewhat boring, but effective. All the carbs I'm taking in are whole grains (like oatmeal) and veggies :)
Today's plan - kicked off the morning with a 2 mile walk/jog, Starbuck's coffee run :) Will be cooking today for the weekend. Not sure about lunch today, but will be protein and veggies (probably chicken over salad greens. Dinner, again, not sure yet but will sit down shortly to plan it all out for the day.

Good morning...yesterday's calorie count was too high (1453) so I need to bring it back down today. I'm off the scale until Monday so the day to day variances don't drive me crazy.
I added SF coconut syrup to my frozen chocolate-strawberry protein drink this morning and it's yummy!!
Lunch: 1/2 ham sandwich, shrimp ****tail
Dinner: will be at a friend's house. Planning on grilled shrimp, coleslaw and fresh fruit. Need to avoid the alcohol-wasted calories. I'll probably bring my SF raspberry lemonade with me.

RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
I've been putting the nutrition information for my recipes in the OH Health Tracker right out of the cookbook. Once I put it in the first time, it's super easy to just choose it next time I cook the same thing.
No plans for the weekend, but I'm trying to think of something that will get us moving at least a little. We'll see if I'm successful at getting Patrick out of the recliner.
Here's the meal plan for today, subject to change if I think of someplace to go.
Coffee
B - Oatmeal Ricotta Pancakes
L - Lettuce Shrimp Wrappers
S - Atkins Protein Drink
D - Turkey Swedish Meatballs with some kind of fresh vegetable
S - SF Jello
Go out and make it a great day!
