Don't even ask!!! Yesterday stunk for me. Thank God I'm off the scale until tomorrow. I did fine all day but we went to my BFF's house for dinner and she made FRIED shrimp, Fried catfish, Shrimp gumbo, Red beans and Rice with sausage and one of my favorite cakes. OMG, I knew better than to go to her house hungry but I did. Luckily I brought fresh fruit and my very lightly dressed coleslaw but still I consumed the same amt of calories in one dinner than I usually do in one DAY. Well what's done is done so on to today...
Breakfast: chocolate/strawberry/coconut protein drink
Lunch: Boiled shrimp, coleslaw, fruit
Dinner : Turkey, salad, dab of mashed potatoes. (I'm roasting a turkey breast today).

RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
I stepped on the scale and was down 2 lbs. today for a total of -8 lbs. for 2 weeks. Hopefully the scale gods won't take it away tomorrow.
Having protein coffee right now, will have some hot tea, at least 100+ oz. fluids, a serving of mongolian beef if needed for lunch or may just have some type of protein drink since I got a late start today. At party, may have a margarita, but may not and bbq meat, layered salad, and don't know what else will be there to tempt. May have a few bites of dessert so I don't feel deprived. I'll try to remember the - 2 lbs. so it will spur me on to keep it off!

Yesterday was okay but I did let myself sidetrack a bit. Can't obsess as you guys say and there is NO scale. that's kinda freakin me out. It's hella on me! lol
followed good guidelines breakfast and lunch, like having spaghetti squash instead of pasta with the chicken and marinara sauce Mom made.
Dinner was at the restaurant from heaven. But I had beef fajita chalupas. Course watching Emm eat those enchiladas was painful and she did give me two bites. But I didn't eat them all and there was not wonderful rice and beans. HOnestly not nearly as satisfying but it was good.
I have to say since i have been 'straying' some from the past two weeks, Im' not feeling as good physically. More carbs and fat in now and my body doesn't like it. So I know I have to cut back again.
Lunch is ham and broccoli. Dinner is shrimp and something. So I think I will be okay.

Snack - Atkins Advantage Cafe' Caramel Shake
Lunch - Chef Salad
Dinner - Spinach Souffle Stuffed Chicken with Baked Sweet Potato Fries and Green Peas
Snack - SF Jello

I did everything I was supposed to do yesterday with the exception of water intake. I have no idea why this is my daily struggle even when I start on it early in the day.
B-eggs and bacon with two bites of grits
L-I wasn't hungry so I am did not eat
D-grilled meat, salad and the three bite rule will be applied to the dirty rice and baked beans
