Still on my mission to get that 15? number before Labor Day. I was good today even though calories were within my range. Carbs were a little high but other than that I think I didi well.

Today was good but my protein was not as high as I would have liked it to be and the enchilada was probably not the best choice for dinner either. But I went to the gym and did my first pilates class!!!! I have 5 more private sessions before I can start the small group class. Hopefully by then I will have the reformer all figured out!!!

You asked for the good, the bad and the ugly...well I've got both the bad and the ugly. OMG, what a horrible (but yummy) dinner I had a my BFF's house. She served FRIED shrimp and my FAVORITE CAKE. I was starving so did I eat it-YUP. Well it's over, it's done and my calorie count for dinner and dessert was equal to some of my previous daily totals. Good news was my protein count was 112 for the day and I took my vitamins and got in all my liquids. Thank God, I've sworn off the scale until Monday.
Accountability stinks when I have to come here and report my failures but that's why we're here for each other through success and failure. Tomorrow will be better.

Already Sunday morning, but thought I'd recap my good, bad and ugly.
I haven't totaled and won't this late! I had protein coffee, Atkins shake, SF decaf skinny CDL at SBucks, McD sf iced vanilla latte in wee hrs. to drive home, handful of pnuts, buffalo chicken patty and 4 fried pickles w/ a little ranch, and the bad: evil Agglieland football popcorn that was super salty. Washed it down with lots of water before, during, and after game. Probably didn't get in by 75 g of protein.
On the other hand, walked about 20 min. yesterday morning, then hiked up 20 stories at stadium and at least about a mile to stadium and back from parking with sister Terry.
