New Avatar and photos
Hi everyone. Just wanted to let you know that I just changed my Avatar and uploaded new photos.
I bought new clothes today and am now wearing size 14. My top is an extra large instead of a 3X like I was the day of my surgery on June 9th, 2009.
My hair was falling out so bad that I went and got it cut today and feel so much better about myself. I went to see some friends and they couldn't believe the transformation since June.
I just had to brag on myself, sorry... It feels so good to be losing this weight.
I needed a pick me up today especially. Two years ago today I lost my mom to bladder and colon cancer. It has helped me knowing she is watching me from heaven, transform into what she would hope I would do a long time ago. THIS IS FOR YOU MOM!!!!!

I think my hair is starting to go as well. I'm a month behind you, but notice the clumps in the shower are getting worse....all part of the deal.
Your pic look great! I have not been in a size 14 since I was in high school...so looking forward to that.

Thank you for the compliment. I feel great just knowing that my tool is working and I am working it.
When I went to the salon today I asked what I could use to help stop the hair loss.
They had some stuff there called Nioxin. It helps thicken and regrow hair. The trial set includes Scalp Treatment,cleanser, and conditioner. It was $20 but hey, if it works, I would pay $100 for it. They sell alot to cancer patients to help regrow their hair. Worth a try anyway.

You look great. I'd say a new haircut and new clothes were long overdue. Don't ever hesitate to toot your own horn, it's good for you. I know your Mom is watching and is so happy for you and proud of you. And if she were here she would tell you to keep up the good work.
