Good morning train riders.  Sure wish I didn't live on the other side of the world, I'd love to meet up with the "princess crew" this morning.  Clay and I actually walked for the first time in MONTHS last night aand it felt really good. 

Tonight we're going to our best friend's house for gumbo, shrimp and catfish.  I'm planning on just eating grilled shrimp, coleslaw and some fresh fruit.  We haven't seen each other in over a month plus another couple is coming that we haven't seen in a long time either.   All 3 couples are now "empty nesters" as all of our kids are in college.  Should be fun.

Got to run to the store to get food to take tonight so will check back later.  Make it a great day filled with GOOD CHOICES- the HOLIDAY weekend is NO EXCUSE to CHEAT.

Good morning.  It will be a big lonnnnnnnng fun filled day for me.  Ben and I are going to College Station and meet up with Terry T. and Bill and Gina for lunch at Chicken Oil Co.  Ben and I are running by Aggieland Outfitters and World Market and checking out potential parking.  My sis says it takes 2 hrs. to get OUT of Ben's parking garage after the game.  We are going to see if we can park in another garage that is a 7-8 minute hike from stadium and get out without exits being blocked.  If not, we will have to park at the mall and shuttle in on a bus.  Ben has to meet some Livingston kids at 5:00 to get his ticket and sports pass...a sophomore pulled all their tickets so they can sit together.  Excited about meeting Bill and Gina for the first time!

The first Aggie game of the season should be fun, especially with my sister Terry!  One of my asst. principals and his wife will sitting with us in the other 2 seats...my sis gave him the other tickets last night.  Terry and I will have to be on our best behavior or Mr. Shumake may paddle us tonight!  NOT!!!!

It will be late, late, late or rather early early early tomorrow when we get back home.

Morning all,

Thank you for all the prayers.   I am slowly coming out of the fog.  This came as a pretty big shock so I'm still kind of numb.  I've got the greatest guy who is supporting me 100% and realizes this was a personal issue with my boss and nothing I really did to deserve.  We will be heading to IKEA shortly and then trying to organize the house.  I'm going ahead and moving on in now since I don't have any ties to Allen for the next 2 weeks.  I'll finish my bouquet tomorrow and pack my clothes and get my last pet from my dad's.  

Saying prayers for all of you.  Have a safe holiday weekend.

I'm glad that Matt is being so supportive. I'm hoping and praying you find something soon, and closer to your new home in Bedford. Also saying prayers that all the wedding stuff goes on without any hitches. Just remember- as long as you show up, he shows up, and the minister shows up, that's all that matters. Everything else is nice to have but not neccessary. 

GOOD MORNING! About 6 hours later than I normally post, but its still morning. The ride to Corpus was WAAAYYY longer than anticipated-we had horrible storms all the way down. Ended up getting here about 12:15am. We did sleep in- well for us- to 7:30am, ate breakfast with my friend Nicole and her niece Madison, and now they're off doing something for Madison's soccer team, Bryan is working out at the hotel gym, and Chris and I are chilling in the room. We woke up to alot of rain this morning as well, but thankfully its sunny outside now. We're going to go to the aquarium soon and possibly the Lexington.
Foot is doing well so far today, knock on wood! Michelle-glad the house stuff is done now. You'll have to post pics of your new cars! Meggie- hoping and praying you feel better soon.
