Grateful today that we have a long weekend !!!
Grateful for my oldest son moving to Texas in less than a month !!!!
Grateful for the rain that we got this AM ( not so much the thunder that woke me up though ) LOL
Grateful for waking up this AM
Grateful for my WLS
Grateful for my health
Grateful for my husband and 3 wonderful sons
Grateful for my life and support groups
Grateful for all my family and friends
Grateful for God's blessings in my life and for answered prayers
Grateful for Obesity Help and all the wonderful encouragement and support given daily !!!!
Grateful for the Dallas Conference coming in 3 weeks

I'm grateful it's Friday and a nice, long weekend without my crackberry going off every 5 minutes!!!
Grateful for a healthy kiddo in college
Grateful for health, period!
Grateful for the rain :) and thunder and lightening, even when it wakes me up in the middle of night...

Generally - trying to be grateful for life, love and happiness... Truthfully, having a rough time right now and not happy with my food choices.  Went back to logging everything and making peace with the realization that I can't have any 'off'' days...  Otherwise, the scale immediately creeps upwards - which frankly, sucks!   So, I'll live and workout, lots!
