Ok I needed to check my BMI this morning to see if I'm back at "normal" and I AM, woot! I saw this BMI calculator and found it interesting. You have to put in measurements also. I haven't looked at it in detail, not enough time but wanted to share.

This thing is nuts. It gives you no guidelines as to where to measure. My first calculation said 27% body fat. Then I lowered my forearm measurement and it gave me 37% body fat. I'll stick with the traditional one that says I'm "NORMAL", lol.

Boo hiss!! I don't like this BMI calculator. It says I'm still overweight. I think my hip measurement threw it off. I still carry a lot of weight on my belly that will be gone with plastics. In the mean time, I use really good support garments...lol.
