Up a lb. today for no reason...Becky...don't stress about the 4 lbs.   sometimes our bodies hold on to fluid, make us retain it, whatever...you actually may be eating so few calories that it puts your body into starvation mode.  I know from time to time when I'm high protein low carbing it, that I can eat something one day higher in carbs or more calories and it kicks it back into gear and some lbs. fall off.  Kinda weird but our bodies are!  You know you've been doing what you need to do.  Are you exercising?  if not, try that and see if it helps. 

I did fine on my plan yesterday...changed to low carb pizza...use flatouts that are thin from WM and 1/2 one I eat is only 45 calories and low in carb ct...can't remember what right now.  I did eat a few more peanuts/raisins than I should...and yes Steph...had in my snack size bag and ate that and still grabbed a few more!

Today's plan:
protein coffee
atkins drink
120+ oz. liquids
leftover low carb pizza w/ beef/cheese/onions/spinach for lunch
have to pick at store for dinner...quick...Ben's coming home & we're going to the ballgame...figured I better fix something!
high-pro snack!

What's your plan?  if you pick extra carbs, plan it in and count it...if you're picking things every day you know you shouldn't be eating, cut it out...

Thanks honey.  I do know about the weight flux and it's pretty much back off today. Since i've changed off my BC meds my system is just whack.  So not only was work a biotch.. I come home to my 'blessing'.  Anyway, I appreciate it and I know better.  Since we are leaving for Shiner this weekend, I think that scale will stay home and maybe run away!

Really didn't eat enough yesterday but I did eat. the only 'bad' thing was a snack bag of microwave popcorn. 

Already warned Mom that I can't do The best mexican food in Texas unless I prepare and just get fajita meat.  Their enchiladas are heaven on earth.

So this will be a new challenge within a challenge. Keeping on track in Shiner.

LOL have to agree with Steph here Becky, some of us have OLD eyes and need help, lol.  I did copy/paste in word to read your thread.

On the Mexican food stop at 1 enchilada, plan the rest of the day around that treat.  Don't feel deprived or you are setting yourself up for disappointment.

but I agree now that I am trying to read it at work.  I will be more COGNIZANT.  (work word that i despise).

Was completely off the wagon yesterday. Long story, went to a shower for a co-worker....  blah blah blah....

Anyway, back on track this morning! Getting in my coffee right now, will probably scramble me a couple of eggs for breakfast. Powercrunch for snack. Grilled chicken salad for lunch. Yogurt for evening snack. Have no idea about dinner. We are headed to San Marcos for a couple of days to hang out with friends and they are doing dinner tonight.

What's with the popcorn for so many of us yesterday, that stuff is EVIL.  I can avoid popcorn at home, never any problem there but by golly get me at a movie or sporting event and I want it.  I'm going to grab sunflower seeds for next week, at least it'll take some time to peel and eat.

Todays plan isn't as set as I have been:

coffee
boiled egg & turkey bacon
pork loin and probably a small apple (I need some more strawberries)
ham & 2% moz cheese
????

Can you say "BELOW GOAL"????  I DID IT, FINALLY!! Today should be WoohooWednesday.  Not only that, when I told my hubby that I was below goal and told him I weighed 153 he said, "I swear you look like you're 130".  Now how's THAT for a compliment!!

OK, back to reality cuz one piece of fried chicken and it's all over...plan for today is:

Breakfast: chocolate protein drink
Lunch:  shrimp ****tail, coleslaw
Dinner: grilled lean porkchop, salad with Lite Ranch, applesauce
