Strict Sabotageless Successful Sisters & "The Dude" Friday
I did fine on my plan yesterday...changed to low carb pizza...use flatouts that are thin from WM and 1/2 one I eat is only 45 calories and low in carb ct...can't remember what right now. I did eat a few more peanuts/raisins than I should...and yes Steph...had in my snack size bag and ate that and still grabbed a few more!
Today's plan:
protein coffee
atkins drink
120+ oz. liquids
leftover low carb pizza w/ beef/cheese/onions/spinach for lunch
have to pick at store for dinner...quick...Ben's coming home & we're going to the ballgame...figured I better fix something!
high-pro snack!
What's your plan? if you pick extra carbs, plan it in and count it...if you're picking things every day you know you shouldn't be eating, cut it out...

Thanks honey. I do know about the weight flux and it's pretty much back off today. Since i've changed off my BC meds my system is just whack. So not only was work a biotch.. I come home to my 'blessing'. Anyway, I appreciate it and I know better. Since we are leaving for Shiner this weekend, I think that scale will stay home and maybe run away!
Really didn't eat enough yesterday but I did eat. the only 'bad' thing was a snack bag of microwave popcorn.
Already warned Mom that I can't do The best mexican food in Texas unless I prepare and just get fajita meat. Their enchiladas are heaven on earth.
So this will be a new challenge within a challenge. Keeping on track in Shiner.

Anyway, back on track this morning! Getting in my coffee right now, will probably scramble me a couple of eggs for breakfast. Powercrunch for snack. Grilled chicken salad for lunch. Yogurt for evening snack. Have no idea about dinner. We are headed to San Marcos for a couple of days to hang out with friends and they are doing dinner tonight.
I would like to help you but you cant fix stupid.
Todays plan isn't as set as I have been:
coffee
boiled egg & turkey bacon
pork loin and probably a small apple (I need some more strawberries)
ham & 2% moz cheese

Can you say "BELOW GOAL"???? I DID IT, FINALLY!! Today should be WoohooWednesday. Not only that, when I told my hubby that I was below goal and told him I weighed 153 he said, "I swear you look like you're 130". Now how's THAT for a compliment!!
OK, back to reality cuz one piece of fried chicken and it's all over...plan for today is:
Breakfast: chocolate protein drink
Lunch: shrimp ****tail, coleslaw
Dinner: grilled lean porkchop, salad with Lite Ranch, applesauce
