B2B Food Log for Thursday
I'm here, bringing up the rear. I did fairly well today but not great. Had a protein drink for breakfast. Steak and coleslaw for lunch and 1/2 hamburger and 8 french fries for dinner. My totals for today were: Calories 1177. Protein :87. Tons of water, no Diet Coke, one "snack size" hershey bar.

Oy vey! I just entered my food intake today into fitday and it got ugly towards the end. I was really doing well until the fried cheese and popcorn. I'm in a snacky mood and gave all my junk away.
Maybe I should actually customize my food and see how the calories change, if at all. Really an eye opening experience.
ETA: I lost about 1000 calories by grabbing what I actually ate and customizing the totals. I even went to Sonic and Starbucks website for their nutritional information and included that. I'll show my totals and I see where I could have made better choices and saved a LOT of calories!
Doesn't look like the copy and paste is working for me. So here's the ugly part, and it's really good to see the numbers considering I do not feel like I ate much all day, but wow at the calories!

Protein: 73.9
I hope I calculated the Fat, Carbs, and Protein correctly. Again, by making better choices for food and not getting the Sonic (700 calories there), I would have been much better.

I haven't had the time to "log" the foods today as normal...............been away from computers most of the day............................Here is what I had today - not good.................but it was 1 day !!
B - ATkins Shake
- Starbucks Sausage, egg & cheese piadini..........................definately not a good choice....
Lunch: nothing..............I was driving, traveling............etc....................
IN CAR MOST OF THE DAY................
Dinner - Red Lobster..................ordered the Jumbo Parrot Coconut Shrimp (6-7 pieces...ate only about 4 of em............5 fries........ I DIDN'T TOUCH THE BREAD...............
Had iced tea.....................
about 4-5 bites of salad....................4 croutons..........lettuce and tad bit of ranch.........
Snack: pistaccios ..............1 slice bread w/ 1 slice of turkey deli meat and may (take meds - needed food........................
100 oz of fluids...........................vits in..........................
Excercise: Does walking around Walmart or standing in line for 30 min count ? hehe

I had a much better day calorie wise, but I overshot the carbs. The good news is that I think my taste buds are coming back!! I'm planning on protein adjustments on Friday.
