Here's my food log for today whi*****ludes about 1200 calories...haven't eaten it all, but will probably get it in by bedtime!

1200 calories     89 g protein     exercised 30 minutes on bike

protein coffee,  Atkins drink, 120 oz. liquids, chef salad for lunch, low carb pizza made on flatbread for dinner (leftover mongolian beef, onions, sauce, mozzarella and fresh spinach) andraisins and peanuts for a snack

Here's mine today and first goal was to log it daily :)

Cal = 1382
Carb = 168
Protein = 81

All water on board and then some :)

Higher on carbs that I wanted to, but that includes fruit and fresh veggies in addition to Oatmeal for breakfast.  Dinner was calorie dense as I had 3.5 oz. of steak tonight.  Will eat leaner, ie chicken tomorrow.

No exercise today - been sick most of this week.

Today was a good day... tried a few new things to add some variety.  I'm still eating more then I'm comfortable with.  I now I need another fill, but it just needs a small tweek and can't justify $150 right now for it.  Maybe I will rethink it in a few weeks if I can't get back into the 160's.

I was doing really well until the dang popcorn.  I just can't seem to say NO to the popcorn at the football field, grrr.

BUY SEEDS!!! They are salty and crunchy!LOL! That is where my sddiction to sunflower seeds started was at softball games....

I had a great day today.  I went back to my surgeons' original plan which calls for 2 meals and 2 snacks daily.  I don't know if I'll stick with that all the time, but I'm going to try it for a while. 

Our friends called and wanted us to go out for pizza.  We went, but instead of pizza, DH and I split an appetizer platter that had meatballs, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese cubes, pepperocini peppers and pickles.  And we each had a dinner salad.  I could only eat 4 of the small meatballs and a couple of cubes of cheese.  All in all, I think it was a pretty good choice and we got to enjoy dinner with our friends. 

Here are my numbers for today.  I'm a little lower on protein than I like, but close enough as long as it's higher most days.
