Princess Crew Run/Walk this Saturday morning

We're walking Grapevine Lake Trails this weekend.

Meet at 7:50 am, and start our walk promptly at 8:00 am. I have a 4 mile course planned for us. As always, you can turn back anytime though.  Our speed has been improving, so I expect that we'll finish in a little over an hour.  We'll run/walk for 35 min or 2 miles, whichever comes first, and then head back. 

We may be dodging a few showers, so bring your ponchos...LOL.  Seriously, it's supposed to sprinkle in the 7:00 and 9:00 hours, but 8:00 is supposed to be clear, or rain-free at least.  I guess we'll see what the weather really does tomorrow.

If every is up for it, we'll have breakfast afterward at Biscuit's Cafe.

I plan to be there-sure need to unwind after this crazy week. I'll text you if something happens to stop me from coming, so you won't worry what happened to me

Loralea, Ginny and I won't be able to make this one. Last Wednesday night I some servere intestinal spasms and thought I was headed for the ER. Ginny found some pain meds and I made it thought the night but went to the doctor the next day. He couldn't find anything wrong and said if it happens again, head tot eh ER for a scan. This was the second time it happened in four weeks. But ever since then my abdomin feels like I have been in a boxing ring with the heavy weight champion. It is so bad I can't even play golf!!!

Y'all have a good walk and we'll try to make it next time. We really enjoyed last weeks walk.

im so sorry to read of your issues! Not to mention I always enjoy visiting with yall and im actually in town for this walk, NOW THAT I LIVE HERE!!!!!
