Six Flags

Anyone up for a trip to Six Flags?  Looking at Saturday, September 12th.

Would love to - but I'll be Arkansas for that weekend :(

You know, I haven't been to Six Flags since I weighed 300 lbs....  Got very embarassed when they couldn't close one of the rides and I had to get off and walk the walk of shame to the exit...   After I was out of sight, I broke down and cried.   I'll have to give that another try - very different today!

What part of Arkansas you going to?  I lived in Arkadelphia area for 35 yrs.  I lived in Heber Springs for 1 1/2 yrs.

I miss it sometimes, but no work there for us.  Our plant closed down there and we got transferred to San Marcos 5 yrs ago.  I love it here.

I frequently travel to NW Arkansas, Benton county for business...  You can guess who my customer is, hehehehe :)

This time, hubby is coming up to see the area too.  We're participating in a Juvenile Diabeties, Walk for the Cure at the UofA Saturday morning and won't fly home until Sunday afternoon (late).

If you have any ideas for cool stuff to do in the northwest corridor, I'm all ears :)

Sorry, I can't help you with that area.  I did travel to the Ozarks a few times but stayed pretty much in the central area.  Have a safe trip.

I'd love to but I just went a couple of weeks ago and  can't afford to go again until next year.  I had an absolute BLAST!  I fit on every single ride out there and rode them over and over and over again.  Have a good time.
