Not sure what is up but I ain't hungry at all.  I literally had to force myself to eat today.  Yes the numbers are low, I'm eating the yogurt now.

I think it stress at work.  I'm just so busy my pouch feels tight, not hurting just not wanting to allow much in there.

Today was a rough day... I was hungry all day!  My calories are a bit higher then I would like but overall still within my range.... need to really think about what I'm going to do for tomorrow to make better choices.

Paige was your chicken cordon bleu the one from Sam's?  I had that twice this week and it was awesome.  Sam's used to carry the mini ones which were about half the size of the regular one which was perfect.  Unfortunately they don't have them anymore.  The full size ones are a little high in calories but man are they tasty.

Not my best day today, but not my worst either.  The numbers would have been better if I had skipped the dessert at bunco.  Here are the numbers --

uuuhhhmmmm....not making very good choices this week....definitely harder this week than last....had pizza...numbers were not horrible but could have eaten something else for dinner ...was in a hurry to be somewhere (s) and ate what i picked up for the family....

no weight lost this week....very frustrating but can see why...

July, the pizze wasn't the best choice but one your numbers really are ok.  You can't dwell on those numbers.

July, I think you did great.  Your calorie count is perfect and you made good choices the rest of the day.  We are here to live our life, you can't cut out all the pleasures.  It was like me yesterday, I chose salad for lunch so I could have spaghetti for dinner.  That's thinking like a "normal" person would.
