Strict Sabotageless Successful Sisters Wednesday
yesterday was a good one...I had protein coffee, chicken broth, Atkins drink...sf gingerale w/ sf Walmart drink mix (my treat lately), lots of water, decaf coffee w/ sf creamer and splenda, chef salad w/ lite caesar dressing for lunch, 1.3 oz. peanuts and a 1/4 cup raisins and 1/2 of a low carb steak-veggie pizza.
Found Flatout brand flat wraps at WM...low carb and you use them to make individual pizzas...was really good but I could only eat 1/2, so other 1/2 is for lunch.
Today's plan: protein coffee, chicken broth, decaf coffee w/ sf splenda and creamer, sf gingerale w/ sf drink mix, lots of water, other 1/2 of pizza and maybe sf yogurt if needed and then Mongolian beef for dinner sans suggested rice...will have small salad with it if needed.
What's your plan for strict sabotageless success my sisters?
Karla
Oh yeah...the 2 lbs. I found on the scale yesterday disappeared so I was good with that so still -7 lbs. for 8 days! I already rode my bike for 30 min. this morning.

Good Morning Karla & TMB,
Congrats Karla, you are doing an amazing job!
I want to weigh so badly but I am going to try really hard to not weigh until Monday. I got off the path a little while yesterday with about a cup of popcorn and about 3 Tbsp of potatoes. I also did not even get close to drinking enough water. My BF and I walked and I am happy about that. I have my game face on today and I will do what I need to do.
Today’s plan:
B-coffee
L-salad
D-salad again and meat
Water- 64-80 ounces
Exercise-walk 2-3 miles
People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
Today's plan:
Breakfast: boiled egg
Snack: turkey pepperoni, maybe cheese too! (BTW, everyone at work wants my microwaved pepperoni, it makes the office smell good )
Lunch: Chicken Salad and strawberries
Snack: Ham rollup
Dinner: pork loin and the rest of the zucchini, mushrooms and snow peas.

Yesterday proved to me that I am a "stress eater." I never really thought I was but work was so HORRIBLY busy and when I couldn't get to the fresh fruit I brought as my snack, I grabbed a Almond Joy candy bar and ate it on the run. I don't know why week one was so much easier than week two is starting out to be. I'm actually hungrier this week than last.
Plan for today:
Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: boiled shrimp, cole slaw
Dinner: spaghetti sauce with meatballs, little bit of pasta.
Snacks: I'm home today so I have lots of good choices available
Scale was OK, down a tad.

I did great yesterday and the weather cooled off here in the afternoon. That motivated me to walk a mile and a half. That was my first exercise in ages.
Here's today's plan.
Coffee
B - Greek Yogurt with blueberries and almonds
L - Pasta Chicken Salad
D - Whatever the bunco hostess serves
Go out and make it a great day.

I started logging my food and found that I'm not eating very many calories, but they are mostly carbs. I walked downtown and back this morning 2 miles rt. With the cool weather was craving hm chili. Made a pot, ate a cup for lunch and will take a cup for dinner at work. I'm also taking some frozen fruit for last break at work so I won't grab a bag of chips. I'm down to 1 cup of coffee in morning and 1 cup after work. That's down from 1 pot per day.
Today:
Breakfast-sf maple oatmeal
Lunch-1 cup of hm chili
Dinner-1 cup of hm chili
Snack-1 cup of frozen fruit
