BTB-Tuesday ...how'd you do?

thought I would get this started...I have a meeting at school tonight and I am finished with my food for the day....OKAY...I HAD TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE COOKIES!!!! They tasted soooo good...but I ate them before I calculated them and they account for almost half of my carbs for the day....I am disappointed I didn't JUST SAY NO!!! But they looked sooo tasty sitting up on the counter for my schoolers! Those poor kids...that is the last pack they will ever have!LOL! WAY to tempting for me!

I still have to go make my pizza right now but it's low carb and counted in my calories: 1,100...81 g protein

I had protein coffee, 1 Atkins drink, 1 c chicken broth, decaf coffee with splenda and creamer, sf gingerale w/ sf cherry limeade in it, chef salad w/ lite caesar dressing for lunch, and 1 oz. peanuts and my steak/veggie topped low carb pizza.

I rode my bike 30 minutes this morning.

NO CONTROL at all today....not bad but not good either....stress took over and I caved in...but I have already beat myself up and went shopping....a good top always puts prospective back into my world.....

tomorrow is a new day, new ways, new ideas, and new renewal....

Ok the post is looking weird when I try to post below July; sorry to piggy back off yours Karla.

It's been one heck of a day, food wise I'm ok just super busy and eating on the run.  I was prepared THANKFULLY.  I did eat a handful of popcorn at foodball practice but it didn't totally throw me out the water. 

I have to work on the fat intake more; man I'm struggling with this one.  I know I can get 2% cheese and it'll help some and yea fish or chicken too but I just didn't want those choices.  I'll work on this better later.

Don't get to caught in the fat over one day's menu.  We typically eat very low fat and our bodies do need some to function.  What was the % of the calories for the day?  the AHA says it should be less than 30% and each gram of fat has 9 calories.  So that means you had 441 fat calories or 45%.  Check your one week % on the reports page.  I bet it's below average.

Tawyna, the "weekly" fat intake is running at 40% too high compared to my protein which is running at 37%, I want those numbers to reverse, lol.  Carbs are running at 23%, good there.

thanks for starting us girl.

Today I have stayed on track but have just not had enough food. Started
with breakfast not until 10am.  Then lunch was short and not hungry from
the late breakfast.

Got home and checked my totals and i'm at 56g's protein and 595 calories.
Need to pump it up but i'm just not hungry.  Heated up my reducing soup.
Sure not heavy on the protein and calories but it will be filling. Might sneak
a protein bar in a bit later.

I've done horribly- guess snack day today at work wasn't a good idea- I
thought I'd be okay with my fruit. Grrr- well tomorrow is another day and
I'll just start anew. Thankfully it was just today being the new year and
all (fiscal new year).

Why was week one so easy and week 2 so hard?  I have been starving for
the past 2 days.  Today the ULTIMATE bad old habit took over.  I was really streesed at work and had no time to get the snacks I brought so I grabbed an Almond Joy candy
bar and ate it in 2 seconds flat.   Anyway my totals for today aren't great either.
Calories: 1246
Protein:64
Water: 85 oz.
