BTB week two - can we get some additional recruits?
Please, if you are considering it, understand that we all have our setbacks and our doubts, almost daily. It is tough to do but knowing we have others struggling too makes it so much easier for me and all of us. I literally get despondent at the helpless feeling I get when the body and weight aren't working the way I want it to. BUT thru this process i have learned that those simple meals out were disaster. There was a reason.
We all have different reasons for doing what we are doing. We all have things we just don't think we can give up (Mine is the BIOTCH in a box.) But I did survive and I know others did as well. Steph gave up diet coke.. that is HUUUUUGEEE.. well, it's good..
It doesn't have to be to lose weight. It might be just to learn about tracking your food. Sharing meal tips, even exercising.
I have set my short term goal of sticking with it till 9.25 when I go to the conference and then reevaluating where to go from there. My weight goal (dream weight ) is to lose 11 pounds. I've lost 4 of that. Will it happen, I don't know. But I got lots of peeps supporting me. Those texts and IM's are priceless.
So consider it. We are here to support you
and we will ask for yours as well.
Steph, Dana, Vicki, Karla, Faith, Phyllis, July, Paige and all those names I can't remember right this second... what do you think? Let's see if we can double our numbers in peeps NOT pounds!

This challenge came at a good time for me... trying to get back on track after an unfill so it was perfect timing for me! It has really helped me refocus and keep track of my food. It's amazing how those small things can really add up in a day. Now that I'm logging again it's easier to stay away from those things because I don't want to have to log them in!!!!
