How do you do it?

If I was a food addict (which I don't think I was), my addiction changed from quantity of food to quality of food. I'm much more satisfied with small portions of a great tasting, healthy meal than I am from just mindlessly shoveling mass amounts of food into my mouth like I would have before surgery.

I spent a lot of time in the gym when I was losing and was blessed enough to have the disposible income to spend on plastic surgery to finish my journey. As a result, I am regularly told that I don't look like I ever had a weight problem.

Another key to maintenance for me is I didn't keep any "fat clothes". When I recovered from my plastic surgery, I got rid of every piece of clothing that was the slightest bit too big. I wear a very tailored wardrobe and only have two pairs of yoga pants, so if I put on a little bit of weight, it becomes very apparent to me when my clothes are uncomfortable. I can't fall into the habit of wearing yoga pants every day when I only have two pairs, so that keeps me in check.

If I were lying, wouldn't my pants be on fire?!?
