Every day that passes it feels like I have more energy and I can do more things..... like clip my toe nails or get down on the floor and play with my son and get up without the need of a crane ! I catch people staring and taking a second look people say wow are you loosing weight ? and the people that know give me thumbs up ! I'm down from 6xl to 3xl on shirts so I can shop at most stores except Target or Kohl's only 2xl ... I'm tiered of Walmart's plain t-shirts and JC Penny has nice cloths !!!!!!!!!! I need some snack ideas !!! my normal is fruit like strawberries , cantaloupe,  *****ly pears apricots , apples , pine apple and grapes !

this site is awesome !!!!!!!!!! you can find all nutritional values and vitamin content of anything you can think of !!!

try protien snacks - pnut butter on apples is a great one, meat rolls, cheese sticks, almonds, shrimp ****tail (hey works as a snack for me)

GREAT job on the weight loss - love that look you get from people when they relize you are shrinking - and boy if you think a 3x feels great wait till the first time a XL anything fits and you will be yelling for the whole world to hear

one of my fav wow moments was running with my son while he worked on learnign to ride a bike - talk about WOW I used to not be ablet o walk from the car to the park with the kids with out feeling tiered and crappy

enjoy the great feelings and lots of energy - you will have it for as long as you use your tool and take care of yourself - just imigine that a whole life of ENERGY!!!
