Did You Feel the Earth Shake?
No it wasn't an earthquake. King and I went and walked around the duck pond in the neighborhood for 30 minutes. Not at a fast pace - he can't keep up with me anymore! LOL
But after THAT we went and joined 24-Hour Fitness. Oh yeah, I see 5am workouts in the future. AND it was his idea - WTH has taken over my husband? We got in on the last day of a special they were running and there's no contract, so we'll give it a whirl for a couple of months and hopefully we'll get hooked. I did get the membership that allows you to use any facility, not just the one we signed up at. No excuses for not going when traveling as long as there's a location in town.

I KNOW! whats really scary is i went to 24hour fitness website to see what the dang special was ROFL!. Since hte 'kids' arent living with me, i gotta do something! Im thinking on it!
