Monday Morning Weigh In/Birthday Wishes

Happy birthday blessings to Loralee, Donna Allen & Corina!
I chickened out and I did not get on the scale this a.m. after my fun filled carbville weekend. As of Friday evening, at the doctor's office, I weighed 190.2 which was about a pound lost as of the last Monday weigh in. My BF said I should not have skipped weighing this a.m. but that is easy for him to say. This is the final week for the Vets Labor Day Challenge and the Labor Day Loser's Lap Band Challenge that I am participating in. So, I am back in the game and ready to give it everything this coming week.

Okay, I'll admit it - I almost cried on the scale this morning, but have no one to blame but myself....
Highest: 313
Surgery: 290
LW: Been holding steady between 154.5-155.0
Today: 159.5
TTL Loss: 153.5
Now, I know some of the gain is water - can feel the bloat, but either way, it sucks to see that much of a gain.
So - no excuses, just Action. Going to make 4 workouts this week. I've been slacking and eating more. Both will stop. Back to protein shakes, protein and veggies. Cutting processed carbs back out. Been allowing too many in my diet lately. Oh, and no more weekend wine

PUHLEEZE Girl! I do that EVERY Monday morning. But I still keep plodding along, I figure that sooner or later I'm going to get it together and get those last 12 lbs off! It'll happen, I know it, I just have to wrap my head around it and WANT it badly enough! Hang in there--You can do it!!
