August Adventure-last day

I took your advice and limited my foods this weekend but I refused to weigh today because of these foods. I don't want to be discouraged in the least little bit. My BF thinks I should have weighed this a.m. since this is my normal routine. I might go ahead and weigh tomorrow a.m.
Today's plan:
B-Coffee and eggs
L-Salad
D-Salad with tuna
Water-48-64 ounces
Exercise-Walk 3 miles

Coffee
B - Atkins Advantage Cafe' Caramel Shake
L - Spinach salad with ham and cheddar
S - Tomato juice and mozzarella cheese stick
D - ????
I've kept my calorie intake down to 700 calories before dinner so I can indulge in whatever yummy thing my friend Claudia serves at book club tonight.

Okay, I'll admit it - I almost cried on the scale this morning, but have no one to blame but myself....
Highest: 313
Surgery: 290
LW: Been holding steady between 154.5-155.0
Today: 159.5
TTL Loss: 153.5
GAIN = 5 lbs.!!!
Now, I know some of the gain is water - can feel the bloat, but either way, it sucks to see that much of a gain.
So - no excuses, just Action. Going to make 4 workouts this week. I've been slacking and eating more. Both will stop. Back to protein shakes, protein and veggies. Cutting processed carbs back out. Been allowing too many in my diet lately. Oh, and no more weekend wine
