Our last day of our adventure...tomorrow starts the September around...my almost 50 year old brain thinks its "Sabotage Less September", but I don't think that's right...someone remind me...not good for a Monday morning: lack of word recall!

Okay...for going out to eat at a place Ben picked called "Chicken Oil Co"...did decent.  Don't flame me...I had choice of grilled chicken breast which is what I SHOULD have chosen, hmb. patty (probably fatty one) or buffalo chicken breast...chose buffalo and it was good and went down well.  I rarely choose plan chicken breast because of 2 reasons: 1...usually dry in a restaurant and one thing that hangs in my throat and 2...I don't like plain chicken breast

had Atkins drink, protein coffee, 100+ oz. liquids, SF Skinny latte at SB, handful of raisins and nuts and meat stuffed eggplant.

I'm down one more lb, so -7 for the week.  I'm really pleased with that and still expect scale up or even for the day at any time.

I already rode my bike 30 min. this morning and took all supplements.

Here's plan for today:
lots of liquids
Atkins drink
protein coffee already downed
at some pt.chicken broth and decaf SF coffee
chinese chicken salad for lunch
meat stuffed eggplant for dinner
ham/cheese roll for snack if needed

I've waited long enough to post my news so I'll do it quick and run to work.  I'm back at my BMI goal of 25 and only 0.6 lbs away from my all-time lowest weight.  I lost 3.2 lbs this week with the new B2B chllenge!!  I just looked back and the last time I was this low was March 7th-almost 6 months ago.

Special thanks to Becky for starting this thing (even though I didn't join the first week).  Will post my plan later but trust me, it doesn't include junk food at all.  Sticking to the basics WORKS!!

For me I just finished the 5DPT and I'm down 2 pounds. I'm hoping on the Protein train starting today.

pre-b-protein shake and vitamins
b- boiled eggs
l- ribs and salad
d- meatball and salad
100oz water

Gotta get at least 5 pds off by next week so i'm on am mission.
