What did I learn so far....
1. Maybe I do have some restriction from my last fill!!!
2. I have to track my daily food intake... it's just too easy to trick yourself into thinkng that piece of candy here, a few crackers there... and oh just one cookie won't hurt!!! But it all adds up... and it really hits home when you see it in writing!!!
3. It's always easier to do something with others!!
4. I've gotten some great recipes and food ideas from seeing what the others are eating.
