You aren't alone.  And, when I'm not hungry I don't feel like eating anything.  I need to work on making a shake work for me early in the day.  I had to change my fitday this morning to delete the protein shake last night, my intake yesterday was way to LOW.

I'm glad I am not alone in this...it is frustrating 5 q/2 years later to still be dealing with head games!LOL!

I'm definitely in.  I'm finishing up my second week and I can't wait to weigh tomorrow morning.  I better be down at least a couple of pounds or I might change my mind about sticking with it. 

I am planning and tracking my intake for the first time ever.  I feel in control for the first time in a long time.  I am aware of how many carbs and how many calories I'm taking in every day. 

When I do my marketing this week I'll be adding back some healthy grains and fruit for the first time in 2 weeks.  I've completely stayed away from rice, potatoes, pasta,

I'm also enjoying the twice daily reporting of plans in the morning and results in the evening.  It really helps me be accountable.

I did have a couple of small laffy taffys at a meeting last night...just didn't get a chance to add them....the sodium in the crab just killed me I think...I am bloated this morning! But I LOVE it and was a treat for me...it was on sale at HEB and they will cook it for you there...yum!
