Ok ladies (since there have been no men posting) how has your week been?  Have you found this challenge helpful and should we continue it?  For ME, it's a resounding YES on both counts.  This has been the BEST thing that I have done for MYSELF in months.  It has really helped me to get rid of my carb and Diet Coke cravings and to hone in on what's important and healthy to eat. 

Anyway, stats for today are:
Calories 805
Protein: 55
But I will add another protein drink for my snack tonight which will bring the calories to 1000 and the protein up to 85.

Here's are my weekly stats.  I know my carb intake is not good but they are from fruits and veggies.

Yes, yes and YES! I've been logging EVERYTHING including the four tater tots I got from a co-worker on Friday. LOL

I need to go on fitday...but my cals have been about 1100 consistently...to tell u the truth...I'm living off of deli meat and Smart Ones mostly. Guess I'm going to be heading over to the recipe board...

I've got my unjury...and found the torani's (spelling)...I bought the caramel...but I really don't know how to use it... HELP??????

Hi Steph, I'm DEFINITELY wanting to keep the B2B going.  I am enjoying myself and making good choices.

Here is today's food.  I haven't had the protein shake with blue berries and 8th continent yet.  I hope I can get it in later, the beef roast filled me up.  I had to adjust how much of the roast and the veggies I ate because it was too much.

Big YESES here...don't know whether it bothers others for us to take up space here but I don't care...it helps me be accountable...will post my food later....but I really don't think I am eating enough....calories for the week are 988,952,931,1158, um..658, 698 and today is 790 so far but daily plate says I have to deduct 504 for my bike ride....so I don't know! I am just not hungry eating like this....will go into starvation mode if not careful....

July, I have a hard time eating enough too when I eat dense protein forward.  I'm not stressing about it just yet.  I do know I need to up something and that something for me is to drink a protein shake.  I just haven't taken the time to do them.  I really like it when I commit to drinking them (for a while anyway, then I burn out).

July, I have to agree, it looks like you need to up your calories by about 200 a day.  1-2Cheddar cheese sticks would do it or like Dana says a protein drink, even a boiled egg.

You bet I will say yes.  Course I had such a negative day with my body today, trying on clothes. I clearly see that I am number obsessed with the scale and my clothes.  I have just had such a crushing day with trying on my standard size '8' and NOTHING fitting. Just literally praying the scale is more kind tomorrow.

Plan is something I really didn't today. Lunch at the potluck. Had brisket but I did have a couple spoons of noodles and potato something.

dinner was some meatballs and spaghetti sauce. not feeling like much.  i have breakfast set for tomorrow but haven't decided on lunch yet.

Well, I didn't join you officially last week because it was the first week of school and my only goal was survival lol.  But I was cheering all of you on in spirit.  Now, I'm ready to join you and be accountable for what I'm eating.  I'm not really trying to lose weight right now, just maintain (although if I lose a few, I would be thrilled).  I have no problem eating the same thing over and over, especially when I find things that work.  I posted below what my plan is for this week, and yes, I will probably eat this same thing every day for the work week.  It's just easier for me than having to think.
