There are my totals for Saturday.  My calories are finally up, but my carbs are high.  I do usually do higher carbs on Saturdays because that's the day I run long.  I ran for 65 minutes yesterday and put in 6 miles plus trained 2 clients, burning 646 calories during the run alone (I wear a heart rate monitor).  I need the carbs for that much cardio or I start having dizzy spells.  However, I choose 100% whole wheat, fruits and veggies for my carb count.  No white stuff at all.  Overall it felt like a healthy day. 

Over the past week I have dropped 2 pounds.  Not as much as I wanted, but it's in the right direction.  I plan to continue with the B2B plan.

I did well yesterday:  didn't get around to Daily Plate...was too busy.

protein coffee
decaf sf coffee
chicken broth
splurge: took a little water and sf cherry Walmart brand drink mix, added some lime juice and 1 splenda and SF gingerale...wow...first carbonated beverage in 3.5 years and it was good!
1 Atkins drink
Chinese chicken salad for lunch: 1.5 cups
handfulof raisins and mixed nuts
Meat/cheese/veggie stuffed eggplant for dinner
