So how did you do?  Even after going to the movies and indulging my totals turned out to be pretty good. 

Calories: 1016
Protein 102

Menu today was:
Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: 3 handfuls of movie theatre popcorn loaded with butter and a Diet Coke
Dinner: 4 oz sirloin steak, one small salad with lf ranch dressing and 6 bites (small) of roasted new potatoes
Snack: protein drink

So let me hear from you.  Did you do good when the weekend arrived?  What's your plan for Sunday?

I guess for being in the house all day I did well.  I really wanted to veg out today on Pizza Hut pizza but all it took was looking at the carbs and I changed my mind.

I've been searching for recipes allot today, I think I'll do various veggies and meats tomorrow and freeze them and HOPE I don't forget and they get freezer burned.  We have so much in our freezer now I probably need to throw away.

I did pretty good on the calories today but not so good on the protein.... Going to get up early in the morning and head to the gym... Need to get back into that routine of going before my pilates class starts on the 21st.

well since we need to be accountable, here's my confession.

I had 3 meatballs with a couple tbsp of sauce and later a slice of baked ham and a slice of cheese.

I got distracted and busy and then went shopping. So it's late late but I need food so I'm cookin up some protein and having a few soy chips.

yeah...I agree...I have been too low the last 2 days but just forgot to eat...running around and not having good snacks with me...not wanting to drive through....didn't eat breakfast until 10:30...then ran errands and helped a friend move until 3...met a friend until 4:30 then to the bbq...will meet my calories tomorrow...

Well - here is what I did today.........................I was stranded at home today...........did really well...until I got the car and went out to wally world tonight......................just couldn't get the bag of chips out of my mind.....................but  that is the ONLY splurge I've done since LAST Saturday.
I'm not gonna beat myself up over it........................I CAVED IN...............1X..............LIFE IS GOOD !!
I'm a little LOW on fluids today............................but I slept most of the day............off and on.........so that is why............protein is really low today too...................I just didn't eat much today...but was loaded with calories on what I did eat....................grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

TOMORROW IS ANOTHER DAY..................(((((((((((((Huggss)))))))))))))))))
