Been lurking OH
And I saw this on the Sex Before and After Board, NO it is not sexual but lots and lots of recipes. They are in zip file format so you'll need to open them and copy to your hard drive if interested. I just did, there are LOTS of recipes.
Guess what I'll be doing the rest of the afternoon, lol.

Thanks for sharing these, Dana!
I hope you don't mind me mentioning that the problem with low-carb recipes is that many of them are ridiculously high in fat. It reminds me of the old Atkins thinking where it's fine to eat bacon, butter, and cream. Remember that fat is 9 calories per gram whereas protein and carbs are 4. The bottom line is calories in versus calories expended and if one is trying to lose weight, eating high-fat food will be problematic.
I will definitely be looking through these with an eye to swapping out some of the high-fat ingredients.

I agree Connie and find myself "over-eating fat" probably because I want to be so conscious of carb intake. I do find, for me, that I'm more sensitive to weight gain with carbs....finding that balance is truly a job.
I was looking at my fitday today, ughhh not good on fat. I need to figure out the best way to get it where I want it.........even with WLS my cholesterol never went down allot. It's "ok" but not good.

True, Deedles!!! If you look at low-fat products or recipes, they're usually high in sugar. Low carb/sugar products are often high in fat. As Dana says, there's a balance!!!
