Hang in there Jessica.  You can do this...eat the count of carbs/calories/etc. that you feel works best for you.  Daily Plate lets you put ht/age/wt/exercise in and it helps you plan by how much you want to lose or maintain each week.  Try that and step back from the oreos and pop tarts!  I sure know they are hard to avoid, but we can all do it together.

Jessica, we all have weeks like this...  Something I've been trying which has helped:  Sugar Free Candy - I keep SF Jolly Ranchers at my desk at work.  Also, I measure and keep 1 cup of plain Cheerios handy for when I want something crunchy to much on.  Feel like a 2 year old, but it works.

The other thing I've done recently is baked homemade banana nut bread - naturally sweet, feels like I'm eating something bad and tastes great!!!  Just a thought and super easy to make.

Hang in there - things will get better!
